Energy Medicine sessions incorporate modalities such as guided meditation, breathwork, visualization, energy transmissions, and sound healing to raise a client’s conscious awareness and transform emotional, energetic, psychic, spiritual, karmic, and physical issues.
This energetic process grounds, strengthens, clears, and integrates a person’s system on many levels and dimensions, restoring balance, energetic strength, and well-being, while awakening one’s true nature and returning one to wholeness.
Every person’s experience is unique each time. Most experience a “deeper than normal” meditation where they feel grounded, energized, and peaceful as a result. Others experience more through their intuitive senses. All visions, messages, and wisdom received is shared after the session.
Energy Medicine sessions are remote via Zoom. In-person sessions are available upon request.
